Service Description: The ParcelFabricAssessedValueToSoldValueRatio_AssessLevel_SPIE is a SQL spatial table service layer that color codes the percentages of assessed value to fair market value using the last 3 years of sales data. Assessed values are derived using current assessment level data for the total value of a property divided by the last sold price of a property, which is then multiplied by 100 to get a percentage for the assessed value to fair market value.
